Customer Relations
Account executives and other support staff serve payments services customers in the Fifth District.
The Customer Relations area consists of account executives who promote and sell the Federal Reserve's payments services (primarily check and ACH) to financial institutions in the Fifth Federal Reserve District, which includes the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and most of West Virginia. They also serve as liaisons between the Federal Reserve and financial institutions, providing assistance and direction on a number of payments-related issues.
