Investment Connection is a program that introduces public and private funders in the regions served by the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond to proposals from community-based organizations that benefit low- and moderate-income, distressed and underserved communities.

The Investment Connection Funders Portal houses numerous proposals for high-impact projects that meet Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) guidelines and are available for funding. Banks, foundations, government entities and other financial entities can register for access and view the latest proposals.

Organizations in parts of Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Washington, D.C. and West Virginia with projects deemed potentially eligible under the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) may submit community and economic development projects through a Request for Proposal process.
