Liz Marshall is a quantitative analyst in the Supervision, Regulation and Credit department. Her areas of expertise and interest include banking market concentration, risks affecting community banks and the impacts of climate change on the financial system. She joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond in 2012.

Marshall holds a master’s degree in decision analytics and a bachelor’s degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, where she studied economics and mathematics.
