Mina Oldham

Senior Supervision Analyst

Mina Oldham is a senior supervision analyst in the Supervision, Regulation and Credit department, focusing on risk and surveillance.

Prior to taking on the analyst role in 2020, Oldham served as a community and regional bank examiner for seven years and led examination teams. Oldham also served as the chairperson for the inaugural Women in Banking Conference, now a Richmond Fed annual event held in partnership with Bank on Women Inc. Oldham became a certified outward mindset facilitator through the Arbinger Institute in 2021, and facilitating workshops is one of the most fulfilling aspects of her job.

Oldham holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Richmond.
